The property is originally Edwardian, we believe it was built around 1908. It is of solid London stock brick construction making it warmer in winter and cooler in summer as this type of clay brick is very dense. The whole area is full of housing of this type, traditionally a two up two down home built to house families. The ceiling heights are very good making the rooms feel light and more spacious. We have worked to try and retain and enhance the remaining period features of the property and create an environment that mixes a traditional feel with modern living.
